DESCRIPTION

Our Cruiser Vest is an outstanding wind-stopper , and since sawdust brushes off with ease, it’s a favorite for bucking logs and in the woodshop.

We chose snaps for the front closure and pocket flaps for their reliability and ease of use while wearing gloves. The chest features an open-stow and slotted-utility pocket that’s ideal for pencils, screwdrivers or penlights. Wide armholes and the V-shaped collar allow comfortable layering and the cut is hip-length so it won’t extend below a jacket in wet weather.

The whole piece is designed with washing water, full of retro flavor, and the fabric is durable and strong. It is a vest worth starting with.

Nice Quality Vest, Pocket Design Lacking

Like my other vests from Beotyshow, this is a quality garment that I am very happy with. The chest pocket with stitching for pens is not necessary for me, but maybe others would value that. The biggest flaw, which dropped it a star for me, is the open sides on the lower front pockets. I sewed those sides shut and the pockets now function as they appear to be designed--as pockets that open from the top with a button closure. With them open on the sides, a feature not noted in the description, they are not pockets at all.
